Cancelation Policy
Canceling at least 8 Days
Prior to Your Scheduled Appointment
Your retainer fee will be fully refunded only if your appointment is canceled at least 8 days prior to the appointment.
Canceling 7 Days or Less Prior to your Scheduled Appointment
Due to no shows and the limited availability for these sessions. Your retainer fee is non-refundable if canceled 7 days or less prior to your appointment. However, you can apply it to a future session.
